Walter H. Jones, Jr.

Walter H. Jones, Jr. (retired)

Walter Jones is one of the founding members of the firm. He has retired from the firm and no longer practices law, but continues to advise the firm in many ways. He began practicing with T.C. Homesley, Jr. in 1970, with the firm of Collier, Harris & Homesley, from which the existing firm evolved.

A native of Waynesville, NC, joined JCDW in 2010. Richard is a certified Family Financial mediator and primarily practices in the areas of Civil Litigation and Family Law, including Separation, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Property Division, Parental Rights, Adoption, Name Changes, and Juvenile Law.

Michael Goudreault

Nathan D. Fosnough

Nathan Fosnough is an associate attorney in the firm’s Business and Contract Law, Real Estate, Estate Administration and Property Law practice groups. A native of Indiana, Mr. Fosnough earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Huntington University (B.A. 2019) and then graduated from Regent University School of Law (J.D. 2022). During law school, Mr. Fosnough served as the President for the Regent Council of Graduate Students.

Originally from New York, Abbie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Niagara University (B.A. 2019) and moved south to pursue her law degree from Wake Forest University (J.D. 2022).

Kevin Donaldson has been a partner in the firm of Jones, Childers, Donaldson & Webb, PLLC, since June of 2002, and has served as Managing Partner since 2011. He joined the firm in 1999, following his graduation from the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Donaldson is a native of Iredell County.
