Michael GoudreaultMichael Goudreault is an associate attorney in the firm’s Real Estate, Property, and Civil Litigation practice groups.  A Mooresville resident for more than 25 years, Mr. Goudreault graduated from Lake Norman High School in 2007, before going on to earn degrees from Appalachian State University (B.S. 2011) and the Elon University School Of Law (J.D. 2014).

Mr. Goudreault practices primarily in the field of Real Estate law, with a varied background representing Developers, Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and Landowners in all varieties of transactions, contracts, disputes, litigation, and generally all matters associated with Real Estate.

Mr. Goudreault has previously served as the Board Attorney for the Shepherds Fire Department, as a board member for the Mooresville Downtown Commission, and has worked with the Mooresville Convention & Visitors Bureau.  He is additionally a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association’s Real Property Section.

Before joining JCDW, Michael was the Director of Legal and Acquisitions at a local commercial and residential real estate developer.
