Elise Horton joined the law firm of Jones, Childers, Donaldson & Webb, PLLC in 1997 following her graduation from Campbell University. Having been a partner for many years, she now serves the firm as a Staff Attorney. She is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Mrs. Horton is a civil litigation and business law attorney. She also has significant experience in the areas of banking, investment funds, private equity, real estate and corporate governance. Mrs. Horton is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and South Carolina State Bar, and is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of North Carolina.
Over the course of her career, Mrs. Horton has had the privilege of serving on the boards of various charitable organizations, church and religious institutions, as well as for-profit entities.
