Tyler Diekhaus is an associate attorney in the firm’s Civil Litigation, Family Law and Employment Law practice groups. A native of New Jersey, Mr. Diekhaus received his bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. After graduation, Mr. Diekhaus attended Bowling Green State University where he received his master’s degree within the field of Higher Education and Student Affairs. Mr. Diekhaus then attended Rutgers Law School where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate and was awarded the commencement prize for outstanding work in Law and Humanities.
During law school, Mr. Diekhaus served as the Symposium Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and as a research assistant within the legal writing and research program. Mr. Diekhaus also had the distinct honor of serving as a judicial intern within the chambers of The Honorable Walter F. Timpone (Ret.), Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, The Honorable Jose L. Linares (Ret.), Chief Judge of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, The Honorable Thomas W. Summers Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and The Honorable Leslie-Ann Justus (Ret.) of the New Jersey Superior Court.
Prior to joining Jones, Childers, Donaldson and Webb, PLLC, Mr. Diekhaus practiced at a general litigation firm where he handled employment litigation and family law matters, commercial and construction disputes, residential real estate transactions and personal injury cases.
